Mr. CHAHÉ A. YÉRÉVANIAN is a prominent Lebanese businessman, who quickly became a cornerstone in the economic sector in Lebanon.

Born in Beirut on April 10, 1971, he is the son of the self-made man and former Member of the Lebanese Parliament, Mr. Ara YEREVANIAN.

In 1983, he immigrated to Canada, where he completed his high school studies in addition to his first college year at the University of Toronto.

In 1990, he traveled to Paris where he attended the American University and graduated in 1994 in International Business Management. Immediately after, he joined “Banque Arabe Internationale d’Investissement” to work for a year in investment banking.

In 1995, he returned to Lebanon and joined the family based real estate and construction company “Ara YEREVANIAN & SONS (SAYFCO)”. The firm had been specialized in developing affordable residences for middle income h ouseholds since the 1960’s.

In 2000, after the death of his father, Mr. YEREVANIAN took complete charge of the family businesses and developed several residential and commercial projects. He was a strong believer in his father’s slogan “A Home for Everyone” aiming at providing affordable housing with long-term payment facilities without discrimination or distinction between citizens.

In 2004, he restructured the family enterprise and founded SAYFCO HOLDING in addition to several subsidiaries, boosting the company to a leading position in the local real estate market.

While SAYFCO had for long been involved in the Metn area, Mr. YEREVANIAN decided to expand the company’s activities to cover other regions of Lebanon, with the aim of developing new projects all over the country in the near future.

Starting 2004, Mr. YEREVANIAN developed a successful new marketing strategy to target potential customers living abroad and willing to invest in Lebanon. Consequently, SAYFCO was able to attract over 500 clients from the GCC countries and hundreds of Lebanese Expatriates, bringing hundreds of millions of dollars into the Lebanese Real Estate sector.

In 2005, he established SAYFCO BROKERAGE in Bahrain, the first division of SAYFCO overseas. The mission of the newly born entity has been to promote the Group’s companies and projects to the Middle Eastern market.

In 2006, Mr. YEREVANIAN boosted SAYFCO’s operations significantly by entering the luxurious real estate market. He started developing CLOUDS, a multi-million dollar project consisting of 11 high end villas, in FAQRA CLUB, KFARDEBIANE. The same year, CLOUDS was awarded second best project at the CITYSCAPE International Property Exhibition in DUBAI among 800 other developments worldwide.

In 2007, Mr. YEREVANIAN founded AHLAM LANDS, to develop a unique mountain resort covering 2 million sqm of land. The project will feature 500 villas, a state-of-the-art club house, a boutique hotel, golf courses and polo fields. It is set to become one of the region’s most attractive developments.

In 2008, Mr. YEREVANIAN began the establishment of SEEDERS REALTY, a real estate development company aimed at giving Lebanese nationals and expatriates the opportunity to invest in construction projects in selected areas of Lebanon. For this purpose, the Company plans to acquire large plots of land to build well-planned community-type residential villages.

Mr. YEREVANIAN's efforts will set SEEDERS REALTY to become the largest national company with an initial targeted capital of $2.5 billion, a substantial investment which will allow Lebanese people worldwide to contribute in rebuilding Lebanon.

Mr. YEREVANIAN is also a shareholder and an active Member of the Board of several trading and tourism companies. Other than his business activities, he has been a Member of the Rabieh municipality council since 1997, Member of the RDCL (Lebanese Businessmen Association) and Member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
