SAYFCO FINANCING sal, is a private Lebanese company. It specializes in providing long term financing to buyers of SAYFCO real estate assets, particularly apartments. Up to 80% of the apartments’ value is long term mortgage financed for up to 20 years.

SAYFCO BROKERAGE sal, is a private Lebanese company. It was established at the end of 2004 with the mission to open representative offices in all major countries in the Middle-East in order to promote SAYFCO group of companies’ real estate properties. In May 2005, its first subsidiary was established in Bahrain. Several additional offices will open soon in Muscat (Oman), Dubai and Abu Dhabi (UAE), Doha (Qatar) and other cities in the GCC.

MARINA HILLS sarl, was established at the end of 2004 to develop a large luxurious residential project “Marina Hills – Dbaye”, on a 17,000 sqm hill in Dbaye. The construction of the project started in Jun-05.

VILLAS DES ROCHES sal was established at the end of 2005 to develop high-end exclusive villa complexes in different areas in Lebanon. One of its first projects is CLOUDS, a 17 villa complex in the prestigious ski resort of Faqra Club, on a 16,500 sqm land, situated at 1,700 meters above sea level.

AHLAM LANDS sal was established in Jan-06 to develop the region’s first Golf and Polo Resort on over 2 million square meters of land in the mountains of Lebanon.
