SAYFCO HOLDING sal, is a private Lebanese company wholly owned by the Yérévanian family, with its headquarters in Lebanon. The initial company name was 'Ara Yérévanian Establishment' and was founded in the early 1960s by the late Ara Yérévanian, former Member of the Lebanese Parliament. In 1995, the company's name was changed to 'SAYFCO-Ara Yérévanian and Sons' and in 2004, SAYFCO HOLDING and all of its subsidiaries were established and the group is now headed by Mr. Chahe Yerevanian (as Chairman-President-C.E.O).

With a 50 year track record in the real estate industry, during which it has successfully completed over $1 billion worth of projects representing over 2 million square meters of real estate, the company specializes in the development of large scale residential and commercial centers. Initially focused on the development of middle-income housing, it rapidly extended its scope to include the development of large luxurious residential and tourist developments.
